Before you write
  • Installer issues — see the Download page.
  • App not detecting the game — make sure the game client is open and you've played at least one game today so the log file exists.
  • Billing & subscription questions — your account portal (after sign-in) shows your invoices and lets you cancel.
  • Including a screenshot and the app version (bottom-right of the overlay) speeds things up a lot.
